Massachusetts License Class

Get your MA Real Estate Salesperson license!

Nov. 3, 2025- Nov. 14, 2025

 Monday - Friday class in the evenings from 6pm - 10pm each night for 2 weeks.

This class covers the mandatory 40 hours needed by the state of Massachusetts as the

MA pre-licensing class before taking your salesperson exam.  We also help with Real Estate tips and job placement after the class!  Click the About link above to read more about how our school differs from others.​

New Agent Boot Camp

Our New Agent Boot Camp is designed to help agents learn some of the most common practices in real estate and avoid some of the most common mistakes.  We will take you through working with buyers including first meetings, showings, writing an offer, and getting to closing.   We will go through working with sellers, finding the property information, listing appointments, getting the listing, open houses and closings.  We will also include marketing tips, safety tips, how to get started if you just got licensed and how to avoid the most common mistakes when starting out.  This class is designed for brand new agents and agents who have only done a few transactions.  It is an all day boot camp so bring your laptop and energy!
